Team news

Leeds United
Jermaine Beckford sits out the last of his three match ban.
Carl Dickinson has returned to Stoke City after completing his one month loan with the club.
Leeds are short at right back with both Frazer Richardson and Andy Hughes both injured, left back Ben Parker filled in on Tuesday and may continue with Alan Sheehan replacing Dickinson.

Cheltenham Town
The Robins have extended the loan of striker Nicholas Bignall, Leeds fans will remember him after he scored a late winner for Northampton whilst on loan with them from Reading in November.
They have also signed Michail Antonio also from Reading on a loan deal and he will go straight into the squad.

History

The clubs have only ever met three times before in all competitions.
Last season Cheltenham Town did the double over Leeds, winning 1-0 at Whadden Road and then pulling off a 2-1 victory in the return at Elland Road in March.

When the clubs met earlier this season Leeds won courtesy of an early goal by Luciano Becchio.
