Leeds United head coach Paul Heckingbottom has made three changes to his squad for the clash with Sunderland.

Youngster Paudie O’Connor comes in for the injured Matthew Pennington to make his senior Leeds debut.

Kalvin Phillips replaces Eunan O’Kane in midfield with the Republic of Ireland international missing with a groin injury.

Pierre- Michel Lasogga replaces Caleb Ekuban, who drops to the bench, in attack.

Kemar Roofe returns from injury with a place on the bench.

There is also a place for youngster Callum Nicell on the Leeds bench.
