Leeds United head coach Thomas Christiansen will welcome Caleb Ekuban back into his squad for the clash with Middlesbrough on Sunday.

The striker hasn`t featured for Leeds since suffering a foot injury in the win at Sunderland in August but he has returned to full training with the squad during the international break and he is in contention for a place in the squad.

Stuart Dallas should be in the squad. The Northern Ireland winger suffered an ankle injury during the first leg of their play-off against Switzerland but he was fit enough to feature in the second leg.

Christiansen could also welcome Cameron Borthwick-Jackson back into the squad. The defender has been sidelined since suffering an ankle injury in the Carabao Cup tie at Leicester City.

Middlesbrough will be without defender Cyrus Christie after he picked up his fifth yellow card of the season in the win against Sunderland and he will now serve a one-match suspension.

Rudy Gestede is not expected to feature for Middlesbrough despite recently returning to training. The striker has been sidelined since August with a thigh injury.
