Leeds entertain Crewe Alexandra at Elland Road on Saturday hoping to carry their cup form into the League.

It will be Leeds fourth home game in a row and although we have won two of those in the cup our only League game in the period was a 2-2 draw with Bristol Rovers.

Leeds will want to get back to winning ways after failing to win in the League since their opening day victory at Scunthorpe United.

They are currently in 14th place with 5 points from 4 games which has included 1 win, 2 draws and 1 defeat.

Gary McAllister wants Leeds to improve on their current total and speaking in the Yorkshire Post said ‘I know it is still the early stages, and we are only four games in, but I wanted more points on the board. It’s about us getting three points on Saturday – nothing else.’

Team news
Leeds
Leeds have an almost fully fit squad with Enoch Showunmi being the only major doubt after hurting his hip in the midweek game against Bradford City.
Alan Sheehan came through 90 minutes in a midweek friendly and Paul Telfer has also regained fitness after a groin injury.
Paul Huntington looks to have shaken off the knock he got in midweek and should be ok for the game.

Man to watch
Jermaine Beckford has already scored seven goals this season and will be looking to add to his tally.

Crewe
Michael O`Connor will be missing as he`s on international duty.
Joel Grant and Chris McCready are both struggling with hamstring injuries and could miss out.

Man to watch
Anthony Elding needs no introduction to the Leeds fans having only joined Crewe from Leeds last month.
Elding didn`t want to leave Leeds and wanted to fight for his place, Leeds manager Gary McAllister explained that he didn`t feature as part of his long term plans so I am sure Elding will want to prove a point.

History
This will only be the two clubs eighth meeting in all competitions with six of those coming since 2004.
The record at Elland Road reads 2 wins to Leeds, 1 to Crewe and 1 draw.
