Vital Leeds United contributor Tiny T gives us his usual view from the game at Elland Road.

This time he gives his view of the performance after the 1-0 win against Norwich City.

Wiedwald 6
A couple of decent saves but he cannot kick or catch with any confidence. A new Keeper is required.

Ayling 7
Ayling defended well.

Jansson 8 Star man
Another goal at home for Jansson and a sterling defensive performance.

Cooper 7
Cooper was not far behind his defensive partner.

Berardi 7
He gave little away.

Phillips 5
One outstanding tackle in the first half from Phillips and a shot in the second half but otherwise an anonymous performance.

Vieira 5
He gave the ball away far too much with sloppy passing.

Cibicki 7
He worked hard on the right and his dead ball delivery was excellent.

Saiz 6
Hit the post in the second half but he kept the ball for too long most of the time.

Alioski 6
He worked hard tracking back. He saw little of the ball in the first half.

Roofe 5
He struggled to get going.

Subs
Hernandez 6

I would have brought him on earlier.

Pennington
Pennington was brought on to shore up the defence late on.

Grot
He was not on long enough.

Summary
A poor game, where we struggled to get going the whole game.

Our passing was appalling at times with the central midfielders being especially guilty. We seemed to over complicate things when we got close to goal trying to over pass rather than having a shot.

Defensively sound again with the back four mostly in control.

A couple of decent saves from our keeper but he does not invoke any confidence. He rarely catches the ball cleanly and his kicking is woeful.

Up front, Roofe had nothing to work off and he struggled when the ball was in the air.

Cibicki proved he deserved his start and his dead ball delivery was mostly good with an assist for the goal.

We need to invest wisely in the transfer window a left back, keeper and a striker are a must.

To the mindless morons who chose to boo Grot when he was introduced, give him a chance, he is young and requires more work, and he rarely gets brought on when we are on top. He seems to be given a chance when we are struggling so it is not ideal.

The referee once again had another poor game and we rarely get a good referee these days. Some of the early challenges, he should have come down on more strongly, particularly Hanley who went through Alioski, Roofe and Saiz with his first three challenges.

Looking forward, Hull are up next. Let`s hope for a better performance and another three points.
