Vital Leeds United contributor Tiny T gives us his view of the clash against Derby County.

Leeds let a one goal lead slip in the final twenty minutes as they went down to a 2-1 defeat.

Lonergan 7
He stood no chance with either goal, otherwise it was a competent showing.

Ayling 4
He had another poor game. He was out of position for the first goal when he was too far forward.

Pennington 6
A better game. He stuck to his task apart from his concentration for the equaliser.

Jansson 6
Where is the warrior for last season? Like his partner, unaware for the equaliser.

Dallas 7
A good display. He was neat and tidy and he got forward.

Roofe 4
He went missing for long periods.

O`Kane 7 Star man
A tireless performance in the middle.

Vieira 6
He made some timely tackles and he was up for the fight.

Alioski 5
A lot of work off the ball and he could have had a penalty.

Saiz 6
We look to him far too much.

Lasogga 3
He scored early on but he offered little help. He could do with watching some videos with Jones, Jordan et al on work rate. A bit of a wimp most of the time.

Subs
Sacko 0
This bloke is not a footballer, it is time to let him go.

Hernandez and Grot
Not on long enough

Summary
We controlled the game for an hour without really creating too much. The last 30 minutes it was poorly managed on the pitch.

Defensively, a shambles down our right with Ayling way out of position for the first and then a stupid penalty to given away.

Our centre forward scores a good goal and then proceeds to lack fight and the ability to challenge for a ball most of the time.

Lapses in concentration are costing us. We need to toughen up and ship out those who can’t.

Worst of all, when most had left the stadium Derby fans were taking the mick with our own chants.

Those who are going to Brentford on Saturday evening could be in for a tough time. I will be watching on the box willing three points our way.
