Vital Leeds United contributor Tiny T gives us his view of the performance against Birmingham City on Tuesday evening.

Leeds won 2-0 to move to the top of the Championship.

Wiedwald 6
I am still not convinced. A couple of good saves but his distribution causes problems.

Ayling 7
He was caught out a couple of times but his goal line clearance was fantastic.

Jansson 8 Star man
He won just about everything in the air. Blocks and tackles, as is the norm.

Cooper 8
Another solid performance.

Anita 5
He was caught out on numerous occasions. Not his night.

Phillips 8
Another good performance.

O’Kane 7
He had a better second half than first.

Alioski 7
He took some heavy challenges but he is always willing to work.

Saiz 8
He worked hard and he is always available. He got his sixth goal of the season following in.

Hernandez 6
He struggled to impose himself against a strong side.

Lasogga 7
He put himself about and his fierce shot led to the opener. He tired late on but he still got an assist for the second goal.

Subs
Dallas 7

Dallas got the all-important second goal.

Berardi 7
Good to have him back.

Summary
We edged the first half thanks to Saiz following in on a ferocious drive from Lasogga. Ayling`s goal line clearance kept us in front.

Second half, Birmingham caused problems but all were ably dealt with by a solid backline and we broke late on to ensure the three points were collected.

We would have lost this game last season but confidence is high and with all fighting as a unit, we came through a tough examination.

Moving on, it`s down to the smoke to visit Millwall. Those that are going enjoy.

Finally, we are deservedly TOP of the LEAGUE.
