Leeds United striker Lee Erwin is being linked with a host of League One sides as his future at Elland Road looks to be coming to an end.

Oldham Athletic, Charlton Athletic, MK Dons, Walsall and Plymouth Argyle are all being linked with a move for the striker according to Teamtalk.

The 23-year-old has been left out of the Leeds travelling squad for the tour of Austria this week despite scoring three goals in two pre-season friendlies this summer.

The Scottish striker joined Leeds from Motherwell in the summer of 2015 but he failed to score in 12 appearances in his first season at Elland Road and he had a short loan spell with Bury.

Erwin was not part of Garry Monk`s plans last season and he was sent out on a season-long loan at Oldham Athletic where he finished the season as their leading goalscorer with ten goals in 42 appearances.

The striker was possibly hoping for a fresh start under new head coach Thomas Christiansen but despite his good start to pre-season, his future at the club looks to be over.
