Vital Leeds United is keeping a close eye on how the Leeds players are doing during their loan spells away from the club.
Leeds have five players out on a loan at the moment.
Lewie Coyle – Fleetwood Town (Season-long loan)
Appearances 28 (1) Total 29 Goals 0
Coyle played the 90 minutes for Fleetwood as they went down to a 2-1 home defeat to Blackburn Rovers.
Luke Murphy – Burton Albion (Season-long loan)
Appearances 26 (2) Total 28 Goals 0
Murphy was substituted after 64 minutes for Burton as they went down to a heavy 6-0 defeat at Fulham.
The midfielder was also cautioned in the game, his sixth of the season and his fourth in his last six games.
Marcus Antonsson – Blackburn Rovers (Season-long loan)
Appearances 21 (3) Total 24 Goals 8
The striker is still sidelined with the ankle injury that has kept him out of the side since the festive period.
Yosuke Ideguchi – Cultural Leonesa (Remainder of the season)
Appearances 0 (1) Total 1 Goals 0
Ideguchi made his debut as a late substitute for Leonesa in their 2-1 defeat at Osasuna.
The midfielder came off the bench on 79 minutes and he found time to find his way into the referee`s notebook with an 88th minute yellow card.
For those asking Ideguchi did quite well. He only had 15 minutes but he started to show great vision and passing playing in the midfield. Defending he showed intensity, maybe too much and that’s why he got booked.
