The fixtures have been released today and Leeds United will start with a home game against newly promoted Exeter City on August 8th.

It will be the first time the two clubs have ever met in the Football League, the Grecians have enjoyed success in the last two seasons winning promotion from the Conference and League Two in successive seasons.

Leeds will be hoping to continue with their opening day form which has seen them remain unbeaten since losing to Newcastle 5-2 in 1989.
