Leeds United duo Robert Snodgrass and Kasper Schmeichel are amongst the leading contenders for the ESPN Championship fans player of the month for February.

Snodgrass picked up the award in January and is once again on the shortlist of players who have currently received the most votes.

The midfielder as enjoyed another excellent month. He picked up his first full cap for Scotland against Northern Ireland as chipped in with two fantastic goals for Leeds at Hull and Bristol City.

Schmeichel has also enjoyed a good month and he has kept two clean sheets in Leeds three games so far this month.

The keeper is amongst a group of players who are also picking up a large number of votes but not quite on the shortlist.
