Leeds United striker Pierre-Michel Lasogga has been named the Louis Erard Player of the Month for September.

The striker, who is on loan at Elland Road for the season from German side SV Hamburg claimed 62% of the fans vote after an impressive first month with the club.

Lasogga scored twice on his debut against Burton Albion and he was also on target in the win against Ipswich Town. He also provided two assists during the month.

He follows Luke Ayling, who won the award in August, in winning the player of the month so far this season.
