Leeds United defender Pontus Jansson has been included in the EFL Team of the Week for his performance against Norwich City at the weekend.

The Swedish international defender scored the only goal of the game to help Leeds continue their recent return to form as they made it four wins from the last six games.

Jansson, who had not scored at Elland Road until earlier this month when he netted against Aston Villa, made it goals in back to back home games as he glanced home a Pawel Cibicki free-kick.

The EFL Team of the Week is chosen from across the three divisions in the Football League and it includes the top performing players for their position, with a maximum of one player being chosen from any one club.
