Ipswich Town play hosts to Leeds United on Saturday and we look back at the record between the two sides at Portman Road.

Saturday will be the 33rd meeting between the two sides, Ipswich have won 14, Leeds 10 and there have been 8 draws.

The first ever meeting between the two was during the 1954/55 season when Leeds won a Second Division clash 2-1 thanks to goals from Albert Nightingale and Harold Williams.

Ipswich enjoyed their first win in the next encounter when they won 4-0 during the 1960/61 season.

The two clubs have clashed six times since the turn of the century with Ipswich winning 3, Leeds 2 and 1 draw.

When the two sides met last season, Ipswich claimed all three points against ten men Leeds in a 2-1 win.

Robert Snodgrass had brought Leeds level before Alex Bruce was sent off against his former club.
