Mr G. Horwood will be the man in charge of Saturday`s League One clash between Hereford United and Leeds United at Edgar Street.

Mr Horwood so far this season has refereed 19 games; in those 19 games that he`s refereed he`s shown 49 yellow cards and 3 reds.

His last game in charge was the League Two Boxing Day clash between Brentford and Bournemouth when he showed three yellow cards.

Last season he refereed 22 games showing 63 yellow cards and 3 reds.

The last time he was in charge of a Hereford United game was earlier this season when they lost 1-0 at Southend United.

It will be the first time Mr Horwood takes charge of a Leeds United game; he`s quickly rising through the league`s having risen from the Blue Square Premiership to the Championship since 2006.
