Leeds United have announced the appointment of Paul Heckingbottom as their new head coach.

The 40-year-old has signed a deal until the summer of 2019 after agreeing to join the club from Barnsley.

Heckingbottom has been joined by his number two at Barnsley Jamie Clapham, a former Leeds loan signing.

Heckingbottom has arrived at Elland Road after the club dismissed Thomas Christiansen on Sunday after a run of seven games without a win and his first game will be the Yorkshire derby at Sheffield United on Saturday.

How do you feel appoint the appointment?
