Leeds United boss Simon Grayson insists his side is not a dirty side after picking up their fourth red card of the season on Saturday.

Patrick Kisnorbo was the latest Leeds player to be shown a red card when he was dismissed for a professional foul on Nicky Maynard in the win over Bristol City.

Leeds have already seen Max Gradel, Jonny Howson and Aidy White shown red cards this season and Kisnorbo made it four in seven games but Grayson insists his side are not a dirty team.

Speaking in the Yorkshire Post, Grayson said, ‘He’s the fourth player we’ve had dismissed this season but we are not a dirty team. We were unfortunate with the other three.’

Kisnorbo will now serve a one-match suspension and will miss the Carling Cup clash with Manchester United in midweek.
