Leeds United boss Simon Grayson thought his side showed a lot of resilience as they fought back from going a goal down early on to claim a point at the City Ground against Nottingham Forest.

Speaking on Sky Sports, Grayson said, “I was very pleased; we showed a lot of spirit and a lot of resilience.
“They had a real go at us, which I expected them to do, we changed the system to make sure we could be a little bit more solid and we got a foothold back in the game and grew in confidence”.

Leeds fell behind inside ten minutes to a Dexter Blackstock header and could have been two down inside fifteen minutes when Robert Earnshaw hit a post as the home side dominated.

After Sam had equalised for Leeds, Grayson thought his side showed great belief and could have quite easily have come away with three points in the end.

Leeds will now have no game in midweek and get ready for a showdown with old foes Millwall at Elland Road next Saturday.
