Simon Grayson was delighted to come away with a point after admitting his Leeds side lacked any tempo to their game.

Leeds equalised in the second minute of injury time thanks to leading goalscorer Luciano Becchio finding the net.

Speaking on Yorkshire Radio, Grayson said, “Going into injury time I was delighted to have got a point. It`s amazing, we was disappointed to concede a late goal to draw the game against Portsmouth. Today it`s not been our greatest performance of the twelve unbeaten in terms of quality with the ball and chances we have created.
” We really didn`t have any tempo to our game.”

Leeds rarely troubled Steele in the Middlesbrough goal throughout the game and fell behind in the twentieth minute to a David Wheater goal.

Ross McCormack had a host of chances for Leeds but never threatened the Boro goal and really should have earned Leeds all three points soon after Becchio`s equaliser when he missed the target with a free header inside the six-yard box.
