Leeds United boss Simon Grayson felt his side deserved the three points against Norwich after dominating the first half.

Leeds had to settle for a point in a breathtaking Championship match that saw both sides go all out for the win.

Speaking on Radio Leeds, Grayson said, “I think over the course of the first half and the opportunities and chances; we deserved to be two or three up.
We hit the post and the bar and I thought we dominated the first half.”

“It was a fantastic game, two teams trying to win it right until the end, two teams trying to play in the right manor and it`s another hard fought point for both teams.”

Leeds took the lead through Luciano Becchio and missed three or four really good chances as well with John Howson being the main culprit.

Howson could have quite easily have scored a hat trick on another day but saw one effort come back off the bar as well as three others that just failed to hit the target.

Norwich got level on the stroke of half time through Lansbury and took the lead halfway through the second half through Hoolahan.

Leeds earned a point through Davide Somma`s first touch after coming off the bench and Billy Paynter almost won all three points for Leeds in the dying seconds, when his shot went agonisingly wide of the post.
