Simon Grayson has been nominated for the Championship npower manager of the month for November.
Leeds remained unbeaten during November, winning two and drawing three games.
The turn of fortunes came on the back of four defeats in six games that had seen Leeds drop into the bottom half of the table.
Grayson faces competition from Keith Millen at Bristol City who won three, drew one and lost one (at Leeds 3-1), Mark Robins at Barnsley who won three, drew one and lost one and Neil Warnock at QPR who won three and drew two and remain the only side unbeaten in the Championship.
The winner will be announced on December 9th.
