Simon Grayson was happy that Leeds are still in with a fighting chance in the return leg at Elland Road after a disappointing 1-0 defeat at Millwall on Saturday.

Grayson was most disappointed with Leeds attacking play at the Den and feels that Leeds have the players who are capable to do it in the return leg.

With Millwall throwing everything at Leeds which is only to be expected in their home leg Leeds defence stood firm apart from one error by usually reliable defender Richard Naylor which proved costly.

Grayson was quick to praise the defence, speaking on Sky after the game he said “I thought it was a good performance without possession of the ball, we worked had, looked organised and were difficult to break down.’

Grayson is hoping that a full house at Elland Road on Thursday night will act as a twelth man as they aim to turn the tie around.
