Leeds United boss Simon Grayson is ready to move into the transfer market again this week, having already made seven new signings this summer.

Grayson is waiting on the result of the scans on Robert Snodgrass, who suffered a knee injury in the friendly in Norway last week.

Snodgrass is undergoing more scans today to find out the full extent of the injury. With Max Gradel missing the first four games of the season through suspension and the possibility of Snodgrass spending time out through his injury, Grayson as already lined up a replacement.

Speaking on the official website, Grayson said, “If Snoddy is going to be out for a long time we will go out and get someone.

“We`re ahead of the game in that respect and we have someone lined up who may come in early this week”.

Billy Paynter is also still struggling with injury and is looking very doubtful for the start of the season, as he is still on crutches following his shin injury received in Slovakia.
