Leeds United boss Simon Grayson believes the side are entering a crucial period with a number of difficult games coming up.
Grayson will be looking for his Leeds side to bounce back after suffering their first defeat in eight at Birmingham City in midweek.
Leeds face three games in seven days, starting with Cardiff City today. They then face Blackpool, who dropped down from the Premier League on Wednesday at Elland Road, before a trip to big spending Leicester City next Sunday and Grayson knows that it is a difficult run of games but games he is confident that Leeds can come away with the points from.
Speaking on the Football League website, Grayson said, “Games are coming thick and fast in this division and the ones we have coming up in the next weeks or so are crucial. They will all be difficult, but they are games that we feel that we can win.”
Leeds go into the game today in seventh place after the games on Saturday but a win could take them up into third place.
The championship is once again proving to be a very tight and competitive division with just six points separating third and sixteenth place.
