Leeds United boss Simon Grayson was delighted after winning at Bristol City to continue their pursuit of a return to the Premier League.

Leeds won 2-0 thanks to a superb strike from Robert Snodgrass in the first half and a tenth of the season for Max Gradel early in the second.

Grayson was particularly pleased with the first half display and felt that his side could have easily had the game wrapped up by half time.

Speaking on Radio Leeds, Grayson said, “First half we was excellent, we got the goal and could quite easily have had a couple more if we`d shown a little more composure in the final third.”

Leeds had to withstand a late barrage of pressure from the home side, as some desperate defending and the woodwork continued to frustrate the home side.

It was only the second time this season that Leeds have managed to keep back to back clean sheets and they will now be hoping to make it three games in a row when fellow promotion chasers Norwich City come to Elland Road next Saturday.
