Leeds United boss Simon Grayson is delighted to have defender Paul Huntington back in pre season training and is hoping the player can enjoy a good month, ahead of the new season.

Huntington who missed a large proportion of last season after suffering an injury early on in the season managed only six games in the whole of the 2008/09 season.

Speaking on the official website boss Grayson said “Hopefully he can go through a full pre season, playing games, and forcing his way into the first team”.

With fellow defender Richard Naylor set to miss the start of the season, Huntington will hopefully be pushing for a starting place when Exeter City visit Elland Road on the opening day of the season.
