Leeds United winger Max Gradel is on the shortlist for the npower Championship Player of the Month for December.
Gradel enjoyed a tremendous month in front of goal and scored five goals during the month including both against league leaders Queens Park Rangers in a 2-0 win.
The tricky winger faces competition from Shane Long – Reading, Danny Graham – Watford and Jay Simpson – Hull City.
The winner will be announced on Thursday 13th January.
