Leeds United have completed the signing of French striker Souleymane Doukara on loan.

The 22-year-old has joined Leeds from Italian side Catania on a season long loan with a view to a permanent move next summer

Doukara spent last season on loan at Italian Serie B side Juve Stabia where he scored six times in twenty-one appearances. He has made 13 appearances for Catania in Serie A without scoring although he started just one of those games.

The club announced that they have signed Doukara on their official twitter feed.

Doukara could make his Leeds debut in their pre-season friendly with Romanian side Viitorul Constanta in Italy today.
