Vital Leeds contributor Tiny T gives us his usual player ratings and overview of Leeds latest game.

This time it`s on a more happy note following a 2-0 win over Oldham Athletic.

Ankergren 6
The odd regulation save and swept up behind the defence when needed, will not have such a quiet day on Saturday.

Hughes 6
Decent showing from Hughes and got forward to back up Snodgrass, defensively sound, but the winger was poor.

Naylor 6
Solid at the back but his distribution was shocking.

Kisnorbo 6
Again solid against a poor forward line.

Lowry 6
Another who gave little away and nearly scored when he had one kicked off the line.

Snodgrass 7
His best performance of late, got better as the game went on, needs to cross earlier than he does.

Doyle 7
Tackled and ruffled the Oldham midfield all night, passing a little too slow and he’ll never score whilst in a Leeds shirt.

Howson 7 Star man
Eased his way into the game and got stronger as the game went on. All action performance, got Leeds on the front foot and not afraid to get stuck in. Leave the centre pairing alone Larry.

White 7
We had width with the inclusion of White and boundless pace, he shone like a beacon with his willingness to take on players. Should not have been subbed, would have made more sense to take off the miss firing Beckford instead and given White the full 90 minutes, as he will not start on Saturday.

Beckford 5
Again, improved from Saturday but needs a spark.

Becchio 7
Two goals says it all and will do his confidence no harm, good all round performance especially after half time.

Subs

Gradel 6

Produced one or two tricks and not afraid to shoot

Grella 5
Not really on long enough to make an impression

Johnson
Given two minutes at the end.

Summary

A better performance, the team also looked balanced for a change. Simon Grayson made the wrong sub bringing off White, should have given him the full 90 minutes as he looked threatening when given space to attack the full back and I cannot see him starting Saturday against Town.

Once the goal went in the confidence flowed and we should have taken more advantage of a poor side.
