Simon Grayson says that Liam Dickinson will join Leeds United but not until he`s fully fit.
Dickinson was due to sign for the rest of the season on the 21st February but the deal was pulled due to him suffering a injury at his parent club Derby County.
Speaking in the YEP Grayson said ‘It’s essential that he’s fully fit before he comes here because we don’t want him coming in and breaking down or spending a few weeks out.”
Leeds welcome back Jermaine Beckford on Saturday after his three match ban but the rest of the strikers are currently not firing on all cylinders, Lucciano Becchio hasn`t scored for Leeds since December 28th and loan signing Lee Trundle has only scored one goal during his loan spell.
Grayson cannot wait for Dickinson to sign having already had him on loan when he was at Blackpool earlier in the season, continuing he said
It’s a bit frustrating but we still expect it to happen at some stage and we’ve got good strikers in the squad already. I’ve got to be patient with that one.’
