Derby County striker Liam Dickinson finally looks set to make his move to Elland Road.

Leeds initially tried to sign the striker on transfer deadline day but missed out by fourteen minutes. It was then agreed that he would join on February 21st for the rest of the season but a few day`s before this he suffered a injury and the deal was put on hold.

Dickinson returned for Derby County`s reserves and played 45 minutes in the week to prove his fitness.

Dickinson has yet to play for Derby since joining in the summer for £750,000 but has enjoyed two successful loan spells at Huddersfield and at Leeds boss Simon Grayson`s former club Blackpool whilst he was still boss.
