Pontus Jansson is now just one yellow card away from an automatic two-match suspension.

The Leeds defender picked up his ninth yellow card of the season in the 0-0 draw with Hull City on Tuesday night and a tenth would mean a two-match suspension under the totting up system.

Leeds already have four players out through suspension and Jansson is currently the only recognised central defender fit.

Liam Cooper is amongst those suspended and he has still to serve three games of his four-match suspension.

Matthew Pennington missed the Hull clash through injury and Conor Shaughnessy was forced off in the opening minutes of the game with an ankle injury.

Gaetano Berardi was forced to play as a makeshift centre back at Hull with winger Stuart Dallas playing at right-back.

Jansson must avoid a yellow card in the next eight games to avoid a suspension.
