Paul Connolly will miss next weekends home clash with Crystal Palace after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season against Reading.

Connolly was cautioned after blocking off a Reading attacker late in the first half.

The left back becomes Leeds first player this season to pick up a suspension for accumulating five yellow cards.

Neil Kilkenny is the only other player currently in danger of picking up a one-match suspension as he currently has four yellow cards.

The cut off date for suspensions for five yellow cards is up to and including the home game with Portsmouth at the end of December, after this players will need to have accumulated ten yellow cards before a suspension.
