We take a look at the history between the two sides at Turf Moor ahead of this weekends clash.

The two sides have met on 24 previous occasions with Leeds enjoying the slightly better record. Leeds have won ten, Burnley nine and five draws.

It will be the first time the two sides have met since the 2006/07 season when Burnley claimed all three points in a 2-1 win.

Burnley scored twice in two minutes halfway through the second half through Gifton Noel-Williams and former Leeds player Andy Gray. Leeds scored a late consolation goal through David Healy.

Leeds last league victory came during the previous season when they claimed a 2-1 win.

Gareth O`Connor had given the home side the lead on the hour but two goals in four minutes by Eddie Lewis and Rob Hulse earned Leeds all three points.

The last time there was a draw at Turf Moor was back in the 1973/74 season when they shared the points in a 0-0 draw.

Leeds have suffered a few heavy defeats, in 1923/24 they were beaten 6-3, in 1928/29 they lost 5-0 and in their championship winning season of 1968/69 they were on the wrong end of a 5-1 score line.

Leeds best win came during the 1931/32 season when they won 5-0.

Leeds have only ever failed to score on four occasions at Burnley and have managed to keep ten clean sheets.
