They will have to do without midfielder Robert Snodgrass who serves a one match suspension after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season in midweek against Kettering.
Leeds welcome back David Martin, Max Gradel, Sam Vokes and Hogan Ephraim to the squad after they was ineligible to play in the midweek cup-tie.
Boss Simon Grayson has a big decision to make with four different strikers scoring in the midweek win.
Aidan White picked up a calf strain against Kettering and is doubtful.
Andy Hughes returned in the same game and could regain his place in the left back position.
Bradley Johnson and Shane Higgs have returned to training but the game will come too soon for them.
Patrick Kisnorbo and Richard Naylor have also missed recent matches through injury and are also doubtful.
Long term injured, Ben Parker is definitely still on the sidelines.
Brentford boss Andy Scott can pick from an almost fully fit squad.
Myles Weston is expected to return after missing the last two games with a hamstring injury.
The only definite absentees are long term injured Nikki Bull (shoulder) and defender Mark Phillips (knee).
