On loan Leeds United defender Cameron Borthwick-Jackson has returned to parent club Manchester United.

The left-back has returned to Old Trafford after the two clubs agreed to terminate his season-long loan.

Borthwick-Jackson made just six appearances during his time at Elland Road. He made just one appearance in the Championship when he started the first home game of the season against Preston North End.

He started all four of Leeds Carabao cup ties and his last appearance came in the disappointing defeat to Newport County in the FA Cup earlier this month when he started the game but he was substituted on the hour.

Leeds now have two players on loan at the club. Defender Matthew Pennington is on a season-long loan from Everton and striker Pierre-Michel Lasogga is also on a season-long loan from German club SV Hamburg.
