Leeds entertained Yeovil hoping to get back to winning ways after Saturday`s disappointing draw.

Leeds stuck with the side that drew with Bristol Rovers.

It took Leeds over 20 minutes to get going, soon afterwards Jermaine Beckford gave the Whites the lead after a good ball from Ben Parker.

Soon after Beckford had the ball in the net again but this time it was ruled out for offside,

Wagenaar then denied Beckford when saving his header on goal.

Leeds doubled their lead when Neil Kilkenny rifled one in from 25 yards just before half time.

Leeds got a third early in the second half when Kilkenny set up Beckford for his second of the night.

Beckford soon completed his third hat trick of the season when Howson played him through and he lifted the ball over Wagenaar.

Howson then had a good chance but missed

Beckford could have had his fourth but Worthington got back to tackle Beckford just as he was ready to shoot.

Leeds should have made it four when they was awarded a penalty kick, after some pushing and shoving between Leeds team mates Becchio and Snodgrass for the ball Becchio took the penalty and blazed it over the bar, soon after Grayson hauled Becchio off surely with a flee in his ear!

Mike Grella replaced him and he showed a few glimpses of what he`s been producing for the reserves.

A comprehensive and easy win for Leeds, it could quite easily have been seven or eight.
