Jermaine Beckford and Andy Robinson have both returned to training on Monday and are hoping to be back in contention for a starting place in the Boxing Day clash with Leicester City at Elland Road.

Beckford limped off in Leeds 2-1 defeat at Northampton in November and Andy Robinson limped out of the next game at Histon Town.

Beckford`s goal scoring has been badly missed in the last month with him already scoring 19 goals in 20 games in all competition`s this season.

Andy Robinson who has struggled to hold down a regular place this season has also chipped in with 5 goals in 13 games this season.

Lets hope they can both be back in action on Friday after Leeds have slipped down to ninth place in recent weeks, a run of results that have cost manager Gary McAllister his job after Saturday`s 3-1 defeat at MK Dons made it five defeats in a row.
