Leeds United defender Luke Ayling has been named the Louis Erard August Player of the Month.

Ayling helped Leeds finish the first month of the season unbeaten in all competitions with the defender playing in all seven games during August.

He also helped Leeds keep four clean sheets in their five Championship games during the month.

His start at Millwall last weekend was his 50th start for Leeds in the Championship since joining the club in the summer of 2016.
