Leeds United`s versatile player Andy Hughes has signed a new one year contract with the club.
Hughes who was out of contract at the end of last season was offered a new one year deal by the club and put pen to paper on the deal at Thorp Arch training ground.
The 32 year old has become the man who will play anywhere for the club since his arrival in 2007.
Leeds boss Simon Grayson speaking on the official website said, “Andy showed his importance to the squad last season. He played in a number of different positions and he will be an asset to our squad next season”.
Hughes arrived at the club as a midfielder but spent the majority of last season at either left or right back making 39 appearances in Leeds promotion campaign.
