Leeds United have moved quickly to hand professional contract to two of the second year scholars at the club.

Afolabi Coker and Smith Tiesse have both signed professional contracts with the club and they will commence next summer.

Coker and Tiesse were both regulars for the under-18 side that won their league title last season.

The defensive duo are the latest players from the successful Leeds United academy to commit their future to the club.

Towards the end of last season, all five of the second year scholars at the club signed professional deals.
