We now move into December with Leeds enjoying a six match unbeaten run and putting pressure on the teams above them in the top six.

George McCartney extends his loan spell into a third month from Sunderland.

Leeds cancels the contract of Andy Robinson after the ‘Pieman` struggled to gain a place in the side under Simon Grayson.

Simon Grayson is nominated for the npower championship manager of the month after going unbeaten during the month of November.

Luciano Becchio wins the ESPN Fans Championship Player of the month for November.

With the North of England covered in snow the ground staff do a great job to get the home game on against Crystal Palace.

Their hard work is rewarded when Becchio strikes twice inside the final ten minutes to secure a 2-1 win.

Simon Grayson is overlooked for the manager of the month award. It goes to Bristol City manager Keith Millen despite Leeds beating them 3-1 during the month.

Leeds come from two down at half time to win 3-2 at Burnley, thanks to goals from Max Gradel, Luciano Becchio and John Howson.

Max Gradel scores twice to inflict Queens Park Rangers first away defeat of the season in a 2-0 win for Leeds at Elland Road.

The win moves Leeds into second place behind Rangers in the championship.

The day gets better when it is announced that striker Luciano Becchio has put pen to paper on a new three and a half year deal.

The news makes the journey back to the South of England all the more bearable for the Thames Valley Whites, who take ten hours to get home after heavy snowfall brought chaos to the roads.

Leeds throw away a two-goal lead late in the game at Leicester City in a 2-2 draw, after goals from Max Gradel and Robert Snodgrass looked to be earning all three points.

Once again, Leeds are guilty of throwing away a two-goal lead in the 3-3 home draw with Portsmouth. Leeds led 2-0 after ten minutes thanks to strikes from Max Gradel and John Howson.
Bradley Johnson looked to have secured the points when he made it 3-1 in the second half but two own goals by Andy O`Brien means Leeds finish the year on a disappointing note.

Despite throwing away four points over Christmas, Leeds finish 2010 in fourth place, level on points with Cardiff City in second place.

Next week we will be looking back at January when Leeds once again takes the spotlight in the FA Cup when they travel to Arsenal.
