With the fall out continuing from our failure to gain promotion in the Championship campaign of 2018/19 via either the automatic promotion slots of the Play-Offs, plenty of Leeds United fans are hoping we keep manager Marcelo Bielsa and the core of the group together, but that we freshen up areas of the squad that need clear improvement.
Following his performance in the Semi-Final clash with Derby County, Gaetano Berardi continues to be a much loved player but for some, his moment of madness, leaving us down to ten men in the game has been the final straw when it comes to his penchant for gaining cards.
His red card for two bookable offences was harsh in the eyes of some as the referee was letting the game flow and in the buildup to his second yellow, there were other instances that arguably deserved a whistle, so it was a heat of the moment thing for me, but he does of course, have form.

I agree, yes he give's his heart and soul in to every match he play's, but he just cannot be trusted unfortunately. And if Bielsa can't help kurb his temper, I don't think anyone one can.

He definately got carried away. The first two tackles showed some heart to get the ball back, the third was desperate and reckless but probably not intentionally so. I would have liked to see someone else help him out of that situation.

The most frustrating part about the Derby sending off was his discipline has massively improved in general this season. I praised him about 4-6 week ago for it and then he goes and throws that back in my face at the business end ???? may as well sell him, always has that in him.
