Leeds Word On The Tweet

‘Looks a bit tasty’, ‘Class’ – The Leeds fans seem excited after getting glimpse of potential first signing

With Leeds rumoured to be interested in signing Portsmouth’s Jamal Lowe, according to Sky Sports News, Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to express their excitement.

With a reported fee of £2million, Lowe could prove to be a real bargain should he emulate this season’s form at Leeds and continue his path of progression.

The forward, who likes to operate down the right flank, scored 17 goals this season, which has caught the interest of Leeds, Cardiff and Wigan.- so we may need to act soon if we are to land his signature.

Some suggest he could even be better than Jack Clarke, whilst others have made similarities with former winger Max Gradel. The more pessimistic fans worry that the Elland Road curse will take away his ability.

The 24-year-old has made big strides in his career over the last few years. He was playing in non-league as recently as 2017 for Hampton & Richmond Borough, but has never looked out of place in a Portsmouth side striving for promotion in League One this term.

Bielsa could help to take his game to the next level, but he is already a player who would excite Leeds fans and cause problems for Championship defenders.

On the whole, Leeds fans are reacting positively to this latest transfer story…
