Having had a very good couple of years at AFC Wimbledon, 29-year-old attacker Lyle Taylor made the move to Charlton Athletic in the summer of 2018 and continued his impressive goalscoring form, and this week Leeds United have been linked with having an interest in him.
In Sky Sports transfer ticker, they have reported that it’s believed that Charlton are now willing to cash in on the player as he’s turned down their latest contract offer and they simply don’t want to lose the seven goal Championship striker for nothing next summer.
With them only being able to command a nominal fee in reality for him, Leeds potential interest in the player is obvious but we will undoubtedly have some competition for his services.

Whether or not this particular piece of speculation comes to anything before the end of the month remains to be seen but plenty in the fanbase want Victor Orta to try and get him on board.
