The Leeds United first team will be going this way that way forwards backwards over the Irish Sea (well, they`re going once) for a pre-season friendly against Eircom League side Shelbourne United.

Shelbourne, who had their Premier Division license revoked by the FAI due to financial problems (could it be we`re playing them as a mutual sympathy agreement) currently lie 7th in a first division that contains such powerhouses as Limerick 37 and Cobh Ramblers.

The game will take play at Shelbourne`s Tolka Park, Dublin on the 7th July, kicking off at 7.30pm. It will cost you ?15 as an adult to get in, ?10 if you`re an unwashed tax-dodging student or just ?5 if you`re an OAP or child.
