The departure of Leeds United striker Tore-Andre Flo may not be a certainty according to assistant Leeds boss Gus Poyet.

Flo,who scored on his debut only to pick up an injury and not feature in the side again was meant to be a likely departure from Elland Road, but there is a small chance he may be pursuaded to stay on.

The former Chelsea man’s short term contract expires this summer, however there is a possibility he may return in time for Pre-Season training.

‘If everything goes alright I think he will stay,’ Gus told Yorkshire Radio.

‘Tore told me yesterday that his foot was settling down and from now on he is going to start working and working.

‘I’m pretty sure he will be able to train from July 2 and we can talk about a contract after that.

‘Tore is a key player. You ask any wide player if they want to play with Tore Andre Flo and they would. That is the kind of key player we want at the club.’

Do you think Flo should stay at the club?
