Vital Leeds United is keeping a close eye on how the Leeds players are doing during their loan spells away from the club.

Leeds have seven players out on a loan at the moment.

Coyle played the 90 minutes on Saturday as Fleetwood saw their seven-match unbeaten run ended at Rotherham United. Fleetwood twice went ahead before eventually losing 3-2.

Luke Murphy – Burton Albion (Season-long loan) Appearances 31 (6) Total 37 Goals 0

Murphy came on with six minutes remaining with Burton winning their relegation six-pointer at Birmingham City 1-0.

Birmingham snatched a late equaliser to deny Burton an important three points and they are now seven points from safety with just five games remaining.

Marcus Antonsson – Blackburn Rovers (Season-long loan) Appearances 23 (8) Total 31 Goals 8

Antonsson came off the bench with 16 minutes remaining as Blackburn pulled five points clear of third-placed Shrewsbury Town in the race for promotion from League One.

Blackburn currently lead League One by two points from Wigan Athletic with the Latics having a game in hand.

Antonsson hasn’t scored in his seven appearances since his return from injury.

Yosuke Ideguchi – Cultural Leonesa (Remainder of the season) Appearances 1 (4) Total 5 Goals 0

Ideguchi was once again an unused substitute for Leonesa as they won 1-0 at Barcelona B.

The Japanese international has only played 109 minutes since joining Leonesa in January with his last appearance coming on 18th February.

Liam Kitching – Harrogate Town (Remainder of the season) Appearances 8 (1) Total 9 Goals 3

Kitching served the second game of his three-match suspension for his recent sending off against Spennymoor in their 2-0 win at York City.

The win keeps Harrogate just three points behind leaders Salford City with just four games remaining. Harrogate have a far superior goal difference and they will be hoping for a slip up from the leaders in the last month of the season.

The good news for Kitching is his goal against FC United won the Harrogate Town goal of the month for March.

Mateusz Klich – FC Utrecht (Remainder of the season) Appearances 10 (0) Total 10 Goals 0

Klich played 65 minutes for Utrecht in an entertaining 3-3 draw with Ado Den Hag.

Den Hag looked like clinching the three points when they went 3-2 ahead in the first minute of injury time but Utrecht hit back to equalise in the fourth minute of injury time.

More dropped points mean Utrecht are now five points behind fourth-placed Feyenoord.

Mallik Wilks – Grimsby Town (Remainder of the season) Appearances 3 (2) Total 5 Goals 0

Wilks was still missing through injury for Grimsby as they finally ended their long wait for a win.

Grimsby beat fellow relegation-threatened Chesterfield 1-0 thanks to an 88th-minute penalty from Mitch Rose to end their run of 20 games without a win and they are now five points clear of the relegation places.
