Leeds came straight back down to earth after the win at the weekend when they were beaten at home by Leicester City.

Simon Grayson stuck with the same eleven that beat Middlesbrough 2-1 at the weekend.

King almost gave the visitors the lead but Leeds keeper Jason Brown managed to put the ball out for a corner.

The visitors were causing Leeds problems and Waghorn missed a great chance when being set up by King.

A minute later Paul Gallagher blasted over when he had plenty of time at the back post for Leicester.

It looked a matter of time before the visitors were going to take the lead; Moussa was next to have a chance but headed straight at Brown.

Leicester were dominating and Berner continued their agony in front of goal when he hit the crossbar.

Leicester were waltzing through the Leeds defence and Moussa forced Brown into another save.

Leeds had to wait until halfway through the half for their first meaningful effort when Neil Collins headed wide.

Leeds made a substitution on the half hour when Bradley Johnson replaced Sanchez Watt who had obviously not recovered from his injury at the weekend.

Johnson had a great early chance but he headed wide when in a good position.

Leeds were finally getting into the game and Johnson again had a chance but his shot cleared the bar.

After riding the storm of the first twenty minutes, Leeds would have been relieved to reach half time on level terms.

The second half started much more even and Luciano Becchio had a great chance from a corner but his header went wide of the post.

Leicester took the lead when Kyle Naughton was allowed too much space and time before shooting past Brown on 64 minutes with the help of a deflection.

The goal saw Simon Grayson quickly make his second and third changes of the evening when Max Gradel and Neil Kilkenny replaced Robert Snodgrass and Amdy Faye.

Leicester doubled their lead when they found themselves two against one, King squared to Howard who side footed past Brown.

Leeds were straight back in the game when Luciano Becchio headed past Weale from a Gradel cross.

The goal lifted the crowd but the side couldn`t find anything to muster an equalising goal and after the win at the weekend Leeds were quickly back down to earth.
