There are a number of international call-ups for Leeds United players as Tresor Kandol, Lubo Michalik and Seb Sorsa are all named in their respective nation’s squads.

The big news goes to the player that a number of Vital Leeds members have likened to your average M62 traffic cone. Tresor Kandol has earned his first ever international call and will join up with the Congo squad ahead of their match with Algeria on the 26th March.

Defender Lubo Michalik will also be playing, this time for Slovakia in a friendly on the same day to face Iceland.

Seb Sorsa will also play on the 26th of March in another friendly, despite having failed to feature for Leeds United so far. Seb and his Finnish team-mates face an away trip to Bulgaria.

All 3 players were set to miss out on Leeds’ trip to Huddersfield Town, however it has been announced that that game, originally scheduled for the 25th March will now be played on the 15th April.
